US-Bangla observes its Ninth Anniversary
Operating flights to 19 destinations with 19 aircraft
US-Bangla, one of the private airlines of Bangladesh, has crossed nine years of success. 17 July 2023 US-Bangla Airlines enters 10th year.
On July 17, 2014, US-Bangla Dash8-Q400 aircraft began operating flights on the Dhaka-Jashore route in Bangladesh. As per the plan, US-Bangla has strengthened air connectivity in the shortest possible time by operating flights to all airports within Bangladesh within the first year.
Domestic routes are operating flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Jashore, Syedpur, Barisal, and Rajshahi. Within two years of the start of the US-Bangla route, on 15 May 2016, the airline branched out into international routes by operating flights on the Dhaka-Kathmandu route. US-Bangla international routes include Kolkata, Chennai, Male, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok and Guangzhou.
US-Bangla Airlines plans to operate flights on Delhi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Abu Dhabi routes in the near future. There are plans to add 6 wide-body aircraft to the US-Bangla fleet this year. In addition, US-Bangla Airlines is moving forward with the plan to operate flights to various European destinations including London and Rome by 2024 and to New York and Toronto by 2025.
